Program description

When you provide your phone number and opt in (for example, through our request-a-call form or by giving consent on a call), Spirit of Health KC may send you text messages (SMS) related to your health inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, your health assessment, and occasional offers, events, and educational content.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.Spirit of Health does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates will apply.

How to opt out or get help

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at (816) 492-5648 or clientsupport@spiritofhealthkc.com.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
